Shipping & Returns

We can ship your custom laser-cut parts via USPS or FedEx and add the cost to your quote, or we can charge to a FedEx shipping account. Our quote request form allows you to select various shipping options:

Waiver of signature for express packages

To request a waiver of signature, please mention this in the special instructions section when filling out the quote request form. Please understand that if you waive signature, insurance will no longer cover a stolen or damaged package, and you will have to re-order and pay for any replacement parts.

International shipping

When we provide a quote for international shipping, the quote will not include any import and customs taxes that you might have to pay. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of any additional customs fees.

Delayed delivery of express shipping

Occasionally, FedEx or USPS might not deliver a package on time. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the shipping cost you paid as long as you notify us of the delay within one day of the delivery deadline, and as long as the reason for delay allows for a shipping refund from the shipping company. Please see the refund policy for each shipping company to see when they will and will not provide a refund for your shipping (for example, most companies do not provide a refund if the delay was due to bad weather).

Cancellation and Return policy

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, and we will try our best to ensure that you have a positive experience with our custom laser cutting service and custom laser-cut parts. Because the products we ship are custom, we do not accept returns of any parts. If we make any mistakes (for example, if we ship you parts that are cut from the wrong material, or if we ship the incorrect quantity) we will rectify the mistakes as soon as possible by one of the following methods:

If there are any problems with your parts, please contact us and let us know the problem within 10 business days of receipt of the parts. Note that we will not provide refunds for parts due to late delivery by the shipping company. We might be able to refund the express shipping cost for your order as explained in the topic above regarding delayed deliveries.

You may cancel an order free of charge if we receive your cancellation request before we have set up your order. If we have already cut your parts and you do not want them shipped to you, we can refund the shipping portion of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order or if there are any problems with your order.
